3. No Guarantee of Savings or Generation

While we provide estimates based on standard industry assumptions and available data, actual electricity generation and savings depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, shading, grid tariff changes, DISCOM policies, and consumption patterns. Vanguard does not guarantee any specific savings or generation output unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.

4. Subsidy and Government Approvals

Where Vanguard assists with government subsidy applications or DISCOM/net metering approvals, we act as a facilitator only. Approval, timing, and disbursement of any subsidy or approval rests entirely with the relevant government authority or DISCOM, and Vanguard is not responsible for delays, rejections, or changes in government policy or subsidy scheme terms.

5. Financing Arrangements

Where financing is arranged through Vanguard’s banking or NBFC partners, the terms of such financing (interest rates, tenure, eligibility, approval) are determined solely by the relevant financial institution. Vanguard is a facilitator in this process and is not a party to, nor responsible for, the terms of any loan or financing agreement between you and the financial institution.

6. Installation and Service Terms

Specific terms relating to installation timelines, payment milestones, warranties, and after-sales support are governed exclusively by the signed proposal, quotation, or service agreement executed between you and Vanguard, which shall take precedence over any general statement made on this website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Vanguard Energy Systems India Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
